  • Claire Li, MD

    MD

One of the primary reasons Dr. Claire Li entered the medical profession was to make a difference in her patients' lives. She provides the highest quality care so they can have the highest quality of life possible— now and as they age. "My patients appreciate how I help them," says Dr. Li. "They deserve attention to their needs, and I strive to give them the care they should expect from a doctor. In healthcare today, doctors don't always have adequate face-to-face time with their patients and that's such an important part of providing care. JenCare allows me to have that time. I can treat the whole person, not just physically, but from a psychosocial aspect, too. They go hand in hand."

    MD

Dr. LuAnne Lewis' strong faith led her to become a doctor. "I had been praying that God would let me know His plans for my life. After that, all it took to spark her interest in a medical career was an advanced high school science course.  "I enjoy treating and educating my patients," she says. • Elizabeth Ann Carr, DO

    DO

As a child, house calls and healing abilities were the things that Dr. Elizabeth Carr admired most about her family's physician. In fact, watching him practice medicine influenced her decision to become a doctor. "Our family provider came to our home every few weeks—and whenever needed in between—to attend to my grandmother," Dr. Carr recalls. "I was grateful that he was able to keep my grandmother well enough to remain home with my family. I decided at that very young age, about 5 years old, that I wanted to be like him. My favorite part of being a doctor is working with my patients to achieve their health goals." Dr. Carr's road to becoming a board-certified physician was a long one. She couldn't afford college after high school, so her path began in a well-respected and affordable registered nursing program. While working as a critical care registered nurse, she earned a bachelor degree. After 10 years in nursing, she began her studies at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, where she earned her Osteopathic Medical degree. Today, she specializes in family medicine. As a primary care physician, Dr. Carr serves as the first contact for her patients and treats a wide range of health concerns. She enjoys working with seniors, setting active goals for their care, detecting health concerns early, and helping them stay active and meet their daily needs. Dr. Carr is also a hospitalist who encourages her patients and their families to question anything they don't clearly understand, whether in or out of the hospital. She is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians, American Medical Association and Society of Hospital Medicine. When she's not caring for her patients, Dr. Carr enjoys spending time with her husband, Scott. She also enjoys cooking, reading, listening to music and bowling. She is a baseball, football and NASCAR fan. Her favorite place to be is on the beach, walking, no matter the season, and using that time to reflect, feel gratitude and be inspired.

  • Tamice Jones

    MD

For Dr. Tamice Jones, her passion for medicine started with a longing to heal someone very close to her. "My mother was diagnosed with a chronic illness during my childhood," she says. "I saw how it affected my family. As a young child, my desire to cure her led to my curiosity in medicine and science. Today, I consider it a privilege to care for seniors and to have them trust that I will help or, as some might say, 'heal' them. It’s very fulfilling when you’re successful at helping someone that way."

  • Amanda Olagunju

    DO

Dr. Amanda Olagunju loves connecting with her patients and coworkers. “I try to make a difference in patients’ lives by truly listening to them—their desires, hopes, fears—and then helping them to make positive health changes to achieve their goals,” she explains. If she could change anything about healthcare today, she would lower costs and increase accessibility for medical care and healthy foods. In her free time, she enjoys creative writing. She also loves watching musicals and is a huge Star Trek fan. For seven years, Dr. Olagunju proudly served in the U.S. Air Force. While on active duty, she served as both a primary care physician and a clinic medical director. She is now a part of the Air National Guard.
